Beigeblond Salon and Most Everything Vintage are coming together once again to host Couve Couture, the biggest fashion shows of the season featuring 10 designers and over 100 models.

The picturesque historic Providence Academy will be the back drop for Couve Couture’s 175 foot runway (they’re going for the U.S. record for longest runway!). Guests will be able to choose where to watch the show; ballroom, chapel, prohibition room, or hallway. Each designer will send their collection through every room, which means every guest will have a great view of the garments.

The Designers

Alumni designers include; two time Project Runway winner Seth Aaron, Art Institute of Portland alumni Lydia Wagner, 2014 Couve Couture scholarship recipient Nike Pappas, and Kate Beeman of Origin

Couve Couture’s new designers include costume and theatre designer Desi Allinger-Nelson and Shelley Beauchaine of Shell Bell Vanity.

Plenty of Portland designers will be showcasing their talent as well including; Portland Fashion Week Emerging Designer Winners Oscar Dominick and Kate Miles along with Bridal and couture designer Andrew Dyrdahl, and multimedia designer Wendy Ohlendorf. See full profiles of the Couve Couture designers HERE.

Before and After The Show

Before the show enjoy wine, brews, and bubbly from Niche Wine Bar, Loowit Brewing, and Dublin Down. Tasty finger foods by Jodell of Jo Foody will be available for purchase before the show as well. Don’t forget to catch music by Night Cap and The Pearls in the Chapel and Prohibition Room.

After the show explore each room, meet designers, and purchase clothing and accessories at the trunck sale. Multiple photo stations will be set up to take the perfect selfie.

Couve Couture has grown tremendously since established in the summer of 2012. The Fall 2012 fashion show sold 250 tickets before posters went up and the Spring 2014 show sold out again with nearly 1,000 people attending and supporting local designers. This year come celebrate the amazing talent of local designers, individuals, and businesses.

Couve Couture, Historic Providence Academy, 400 E. Evergreen Boulevard, Vancouver WA, Doors open at 6:30 pm, show will start at around 7:30 pm, $20-$75. For more information click HERE.
