Standout coats were worn by Portlanders this week, as the rain continued to come down creating deep rain puddles throughout the city's streets.
A cocoon grey Zara coat and black and white slit skirt is the backdrop for a pair of flirty blue and black Louis Vuitton heels.
Another wears an all black ensemble that highlights a delicate pale green and white coat.
Colorful thrifted finds are patterned clashed together and draped with a soft light grey coat.
