Despite the high winds and heavy rain, women who live in skirts and dresses stayed warm with tights, blazers and knee highs.
A velvet oxblood jacket is paired with a thrifted dress and chunky shoes.
Oregon youth took a field trip to the Portland Art Museum, with one purple haired girl owning her personal style with multiple piercings and a blue and white polka dot skirt with floral boots.
The strongest look was a minimalist ensemble of black and white, with striped knee highs labeled “Bad A**” on the sides.
