Taylor wearing a black circle scarf from Buffalo Exchange

Portland Threads is GoLocalPDX's weekly review of what Portlanders are wearing on the streets.

On a misty and chillingly cold Friday, Portland women got out their scarves and wore them like jewelry around their necks.

A women dressed in timeless separates, adds a pop of pattern with a thin silk white and blue scarf, that moves with the cold breeze.

Another, surprisingly pulls off a plaid yellow secondhand jacket with a over the knee black and white skirt. Her colorful non matching floral scarf is wrapped delicately around her neck.

A knitted circle scarf, quilted leather sleeves, cerise pink tights, and maxi skirt turned into an asymmetrical skirt, makes for a creative and stylish outfit.
