Portland Threads: Light and Dark

Saturday, June 06, 2015

Portland Threads is GoLocalPDX's weekly review of what Portlanders are wearing on the streets.

Who say’s you can’t wear black in summer? Don’t let the heat discourage you from wearing the best color ever! Black polka dots on a dress or a mesh jacket are great ways to incorporate the color this season. These stylish women have pulled it off, creating fun and effortlessly chic looks.

See Portland Threads Slideshow BELOW

Highlights this week; dyed orange hair perfectly matched funky sandals from Teva, a oversized baby doll dress from Backtalk’s new downtown location is paired with a ceramic beaded necklace that equals summer outfit essential, a thrifted kimono and sparkling Sam Edelmans are perfection, and a white shirt delicately highlights a geometric necklace.
