Portland Threads: Step Back in All Black

Sunday, September 07, 2014

There are so many reasons to wear black: It matches every skin tone, it's always in style no matter what the season or even decade, and let's face it, it's a great color for hiding stains.

This week we spotted Portlanders embracing the classic color black with everything from handmade, thrifted, and high street separates. Black is the foundation to creating a simple look and these PDXers decided to use the color to showcase special and unique pieces such as studded Dr. Martens or a thrifted lace kimono cardigan.
