Queen Bee Creations Debuts New Convertible Bag

Portland’s favorite handmade bag company Queen Bee Creations, has launched their all new Weekender Bag, and updated their Queen Bee Classic Line.  

Rebecca Pearcy is the creator and principal designer of Queen Bee Creations, bags and accessories handmade in Portland. Queen Bee is composed of three lines of handmade bag, accessory, and home goods. The Queen Bee’s Classic Line includes purses, wallets and cycling accessories in faux leather and waxed canvas. Chickpea Baby features trendy diaper bags and baby accessories. Rebecca Pearcy Textiles offers home goods made from organic and natural fabrics.

“I am continually inspired by the changing seasons to reinvent our favorite products, while bringing our freshest innovations to market,” said designer Rebecca Pearcy. “I can’t wait to see how the Weekender answers our fans’ requests for more ways to wear Queen Bee.”

The new “convertible” Weekender bag is the perfect size for a weekend getaway, and features straps that can be used as tote handles, backpacks, or a shoulder strap. The bag appliqué design is available in the beloved “Chirp”, as well as a bold design borrowed from Rebecca Pearcy Textiles’ called “GIve & Take”.
 
Queen Bee Creations has also revamped some of their best selling bags for the fall season. The popular Truckette bag, now comes in weather- resistant canvas, and in a variety of colorful hues like rich orange. The new top stitched appliqué designs include a nature inspired floral design called the “Anise”, and “Sway” a botanical multicolor appliqué. 

The home collection Rebecca Pearcy Textiles’, unveiled the new Bunting Banner. The nine- foot banner features nine fabric triangles with nine assorted print colors and patterns. A tie at either end allows for easy hanging.
