KINK Radio, 101.9 FM, raised over $103,000 for the Union Gospel Mission during their Radiothon last Thursday at the Bing Lounge in Portland. The money will provide over 53,000 meals to feed and care for the homeless in Portland.

“I’m deeply touched to live in such a generous city that is willing to come together and support those in need, especially during the holidays,” said Alpha Media Executive Scott Mahalick.

“In the 25 years I have worked at Union Gospel Mission, I found the KINK team to be the most energetic and supportive as they mobilized their loyal audience to impact the hungry, homeless and poor with their tremendous generosity, said Bill Russell, executive director at Union Gospel Mission.  "53,921 meals and care were provided by KINK listeners.”
