USA Today’s Parent Company Makes $815 Million Bid for Tribune Publishing

USA Today's parent company Gannett Co. made an unsolicited buyout offer of $815 million for Tribune Publishing on Monday. The offer comes two weeks after Tribune refused an earlier private offer made on April 12 by Gannett CEO Robert Dickey.
