Feast has joined forces with Rewards Network, to create a one of a kind dining experience with 2012 Top Chef Masters Winner
Chris Cosentino and Executive Chef
Kyo Koo at Bruce Carey’s restaurant Bluehour.
The 21+ event starts at 7 pm and costs $150 per person. This includes a wonderful dinner menu and wine from Carlton, Oregon’s Anne Amie Vineyards and Newburg’s Chehalem and J.K. Carriere.
Cosentino’s first executive chef position was at San Francisco’s Italian restaurant and wine bar Incanto, in 2002. From there, Cosentino went on to co-create artisanal salumeria Boccalone, and earned $140,000 for the Michael J. Fox foundation for Parkinson’s research during his debut in BRAVO’s Top Chef Masters series.
Northwest native Koo, is now the Executive Chef at Bluehour. Koo got his start in kitchens in Los Angeles, Seattle and Spain at Mugaritz. In 2009 he moved to Portland to work at sustainable-minded Clarklewis. There he restored the product sourcing program and developed the farm-to-table menu.
