Nicky USA Celebrates 4th Annual Rabbit Dinner at Lincoln Restaurant

Nicky Farms is the brand of Nicky USA, a leading butcher and purveyor of quality meat located in the Pacific Northwest.
Twenty-five years ago, rabbit was the first product that the founder of Nicky USA, Geoff Latham sold. After several years of providing quality products and service, Nicky USA owns its own farm in Aurora, Oregon where they raise rabbits and other products.
Consequently, the annual rabbit dinner has special significance to Nicky USA and to the company’s long list of customers.
Chef Louis has been a devoted patron of Nicky USA and has long served its products at Lincoln Restaurant.
This Wednesday, guests can celebrate the history of Nicky USA with a delicious four-course meal that features rabbit in three of the courses.
