Award Winning Portland Chef Returns to Little Bird Bistro

Rucker has reinvented the bistro’s menu creating new dishes to reflect the restaurant's creative vision of French-inspired cuisine. Chef Rucker has recreated the menu to revert back to its classic French roots while fusing touches of Americana to produce a unique twist on European cuisine.
Gabriel Rucker is a two-time James Beard Award winning Chef and Co-Owner of Little Bird Bistro and Le Pigeon, its sister restaurant.
Little Bird Bistro has been part of the Portland dining community since 2010. The bistro has been named by the Oregonian as Restaurant of the Year and Downtown Portland’s Best Restaurants, with honorable mentions by Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine, Eater, Portland Monthly, Forbes, Serious Eats, New York Times and Wine Spectator.
