Farrah is a 4 year old, 10lb Chihuahua mix - she is super loving and affectionate, house trained and sleeps through the night with her foster mom. She is not good with other dogs or kids. She will need to be in an adult only home without other pets. She tries to chase cars, so leash training with distractions would be a good idea for her. She is super friendly with strangers and LOVES being on the leash and running. She will need daily exercise - she would be a perfect pint sized running partner!

Hey there, I'm Scooby - not to be confused with Scooby Doo in case you're wondering. I'm a dachshund/terrier mix about 3 years old and at 9lbs. I'm slightly smaller than the other Scooby. Hello, I am Hoot! Weeks ago I was a frightened, sick feral kitten rescued by the Apartment Cat Team. I’m in foster care and they think I’m almost ready for my forever-family to find me. I am still shy toward people (after all, humans are huge, and I am very tiny) and am far too busy playing to snuggle much (except when I’m sleepy). I love to climb, run and wrestle with my foster brother. Toy mice, string, balls and bells are the best! I might be a soccer player and fetcher if you continue my training! I will probably be good with other animals, once they figure out I’m in charge. My foster family says I should bond with my new person before bonding with other critters, so if you have lots of time and toys, and want a kitten with a lot of personality, call to set up a time to meet me!

This is Ivy, isn't she adorable? Ivy is looking for a quiet home with a person or family where all kids are over 10 years old, who will spoil her rotten. She will need some time to adjust to new things and may be overwhelmed easily. She isn't fond of being picked up or restrained and will defend herself loudly. But once she settles in she is all about the cuddles. She visited another shelter and told them she didn't really like the other cats there so maybe she would do best as the only diva in the home.
