Naked Goddess Swim
Few states in America honor "Goddesses" more than oregon. On Saturday, women will once again strip down in Oregon City and dive into the waters of Clackamette Cove (known by some as Clackamas Cove). The skinny dip itself is a women's-only event, but men are allowed to attend as a "Kayak God" support role or "trusted gentlemen" volunteers.

National Train Show
One of the largest model railroad events will be making its way to the Portland Metropolitan Expo Center this weekend for the first time since 1994. There will be numerous model trains, a 2,500-square foot Lego MiniLand and a large children's play area, so allow yourself to find your inner child and play with some "choo-choos."

Festa Italiana
Celebrating The Rose City's Italian American culture and history, Feste Italiana will feature parades, bocce tournaments, live music and, of course, authentic Italian food. This 2-day event will be "molto delizioso per la famigli!"

Portland To Coast
Imagine a race. Now imagine that race... but in slow motion. This year’s PDX to Coast will include over 4,000 walkers and 3,600 volunteers. Participants in the 129-mile benefit event are competing to be the first ones to make it to Seaside. The proceeds from this event will go towards finishing cancer once and for all, and over 440,000 dollars have been raised so far.

Huey Lewis And The News
The Grammy-Award winning band has been performing together for the past 36 years and is well known for songs like “The Power Of Love” and “Heart Of Rock And Roll.” Huey Lewis and the News will be performing at the Oregon Zoo on August 29th, bringing their signature, Classic Rock n Roll sound to the animal's home.
