3rd Body Found Near Willamette River’s East Bank Identified

The third of three people who were found dead near the Willamette River's East Bank in the last week has been identified. 

A fisherman spotted the body of Francisco Marcelo Flores, 61, March 1, near the river's East Bank, north of the Fremont Bridge.

Jamee Riebhoff, 26, and Robert Allen Hannick Jr., 48, both homeless according to the Portland Police Bureau, were recovered from the East Bank of the Willamette River Feb. 27 

Police are awaiting toxicology reports to determine Riebhoff and Hannick’s cause of death, while the Multnomah County Medical Examiner determined Flores’ cause of death to be drowning. 

Riebhoff suffered a medica event before she was found dead on the East Bank Esplanade near the Steel Bridge, police said. 

Foul play is not suspected in any of the three deaths.

So far, police have not identified a connection between the three deaths.
