Clark County Investigating Officer Involved Shooting

According to police, two Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office reports that two deputy sheriffs and one Kelso Police officer were involved in the shooting of a suspect who threatened them with a chainsaw.
The incident occurred in the 8900 block of Rose Valley Road, roughly 20 miles east of Kelso. No police were injured. The suspect was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are not releasing his name at this time.
The case is under active investigation by the Clark County Regional Major Crimes Team.
