More Than 120 People Dead After Bombings in Syria

Bombings perpetrated by ISIS in the Syria coastal cities of Jableh and Tartus have killed more than 120, according to activist group The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
Tartus and Jableh are both government strongholds, and Tartus also contains a large Russian military presence.
