NEW: North Portland High School Shooting: Victim Released, Second Suspect Arrested

Authorities arrested a second man over the weekend in connection to the shooting at Rosemary Anderson High School in Portland, according to police. 

Marquel Dugas, 18, was booked into Multnomah County Jail on a probation violation. A third man who was seen by witnesses at the scene of the Dec. 12 shooting is still at-large, according to Portland Police Sgt. Pete Simpson. 

The arrest came after Portland Gang Unit officers arrested 22-year-old Lonzo Murphy early Saturday morning. Officers found a handgun during a traffic stop at North Interstate Avenue and Going Street at approximately 1:30 a.m. Murphy was booked into Multnomah County Jail for a parole violation. Additional charges are still pending, police said.

As part of an investigation into the man's arrest, a SERT team carried out a search warrant at 2 a.m. on an apartment five blocks away from the scene of the shooting. 

Dec. 12, shortly after 12:10 p.m. four students were wounded after a shooter opened fire outside Rosemary Anderson High School, on North Killingsworth Ct., and then fled on foot.

Lonzo Murphy, 22

The four victims were a 16-year-old female, a 17 and a 20-year-old male who were both shot, and a 19-year-old female who was grazed in the foot. All the victims were either students or affiliated with the school, police said.

The condition of shooting victim Taylor Michelle Zimmers, 16 has been upgraded to fair from serious. 

Another victim, 17-year-old Labraye Franklin, was released from the hospital on Saturday. David Jackson-Liday, 20, remains in fair condition, according to police.
