NEW: Suspicious Package Found Outside Federal Courthouse Downtown

Police are investigating a suspicious package infront of the Mark O. Hatfield Federal Courthouse on Southwest 3rd Avenue in Downtown Portland.
There looks to be nearly a dozen police vehicles and it appears as though the buildings in the area are on lockdown.
Police do not know what the package is and the bomb squad has not arrived. Currently, Police are not allowing any traffic to pass through the area.
