Woman Dies Day After Collapsing At Blazer Game

A woman who collapsed during last night’s Portland Trailblazers game has reportedly died at Portland’s Legacy Emanuel Hospital, according to the Multnomah County Medical Examiner's office. She was 67.

The nationally-televised game against the Dallas Mavericks was delayed by referees during the fourth quarter when the woman reportedly “went limp.” Medical personal rushed to the woman’s aid, performing chest compressions and eventually removing the woman from the arena on a gurney while fans, and players from both teams, looked on.

The unidentified woman was rushed by ambulance to Portland’s Legacy Emanuel Hostpital, where she died less than 24 hours later.
