Timbers fans it’s your lucky day. This weekend, the Oregon Historical Society will host the MLS Cup at its museum.

The cup will be on display on Saturday, December 19 from 10 AM to 5 PM and on Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM.

Fans will have the chance to take a selfie with the trophy and celebrate this moment in Oregon sports history.

“There is no better place for the Timbers to share their historic achievement with the countless members of the Timbers Army than at the Oregon Historical Society,” said Kerry Tymchuk, Executive Director of the Oregon Historical Society. “Over the past two years, we have showcased the Stanley Cup, the Lombardi Trophy, & Marcus Mariota’s Heisman, and we can’t wait to play host to the Portland Timbers and celebrate their exciting victory.”

Timbers fans will also have the chance to get some Christmas shopping done while visiting the trophy. The Timbers will host a merchandise table on-site, complete with championship branded items.
