This week Portlanders wear long overcoats, the perfect outerwear piece for winter layering.

A law clerk incorporates tomboyish Machus finds with thrifted elements for a clean and dapper ensemble.

A student expresses his personal style wearing a custom made wide brimmed hat with a dark Obscur wool coat and Plokhov lengthy skirt.
