Portland's annual chef and culinary showcase,
Feast Portland, is two months away and four new events have just been added to an already jam-packed lineup.
The four-day Feast festival features creations from trendsetting chefs in Portland and all over the world. From hands-on cooking classes to collaborative dinners and panels, Feast offers guests some of the most original culinary experiences of the year.
Founded in 2012, Feast Portland has been applauded by many national publications and was named "the best food festival in the country" by Thrillist, and the "food festival to beat" by Tasting Table.
Feast's net proceeds are donated to Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon and Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry Campaign. Since 2012 Feast has donated more than $162,000 to ending childhood hunger.
The four new events include a panel with key players in the wine and spirits industry, a create your own cocktail class, a class on how to shuck an oyster, and a butchery class taught by Portland Meat Collective founder Camas Davis.
