1st Annual Astoria Instant Gratification Run

The 1st annual Instant Gratification run takes place this Sunday, June 14th, in Astoria. 

If you don’t necessarily consider yourself a runner, then this is the perfect race for you. You'll have to run a grand total of 0.0 miles. 

Participants will get all the gratification that goes with a race, while doing as little work as possible. There will be t-shirts, bibs and medals given out. 

The event will also be handing out awards for the best costumes and top finishers. 

The money that is raised from this event will help fund scholarships for Astoria Parks and Recreation.

There will be snacks and beer provided at the after party by Fort George. 

If this race sounds like fun to you, then meet by the Barbey Maritime Center in Astoria on June 14th at 2pm. The total cost is $25.
