Speaker Pelosi Accuses William Barr of Lying During Testimony
Saturday, May 04, 2019
Barr went before Congress to defend his summary of Robert Mueller’s report. Barr’s four-page letter summarized the Mueller report as proving Trump did not collude with Russia.
When asked during testimony, Barr denied being aware of concerns Mueller’s team had about his summary.
Pelosi says Barr lied and was fully aware of Mueller’s concerns, as reports reveal that Mueller had written a letter to Barr expressing his concerns over the summary.
