Portland jewelry designer, Teresa Robinson of
Tiro Tiro launches three exclusive pieces for
Mavenhaus Collective.
"I actually took inspiration from one of our earliest, and best loved collections, the Arcos Collection,” says Tiro Tiro founder and designer Teresa Robinson. "I put a new spin on [the Arcos collection] with some new shapes, and a different fiber and color way."
The three limited edition pieces; Esfera necklace, Esfera Eaarings, and the Entero Bracelet, are made with bronze, neutral linen, and nettle fiber.
They are only available for order exclusively through Mavenhanus Collective till April 20th. Prices for the pieces range from $115 to $172.
Tiro Tiro (latin for beginner) seeks to make beautiful objects out of new mediums and techniques. “We allow the materials to guide us, finding that some of our best work happens by accident,” says Robinson.
The small jewelry line consists of everyday jewelry that incorporates brass, linen fringe, and bronze. “I make the work that I want to wear, says Robinson. “It's always a pleasure to see that other people want to wear it, too.”
Robinson has launched three jewelry lines; Smallthings in 2001, Stone & Honey in 2008 and Tiro Tiro in 2013.

Denim x Denim
“My top pick for the ladies, is the boyfriend cut. These are NOT your boyfriend's jeans,” says Jennifer D Harris. “They are made to be sleek, chic, and approachable. They are absolutely NOT sloppy.”
“We will definitely see a lot of denim this spring but I suspect people will switch it up a bit by pairing denim with denim, and denim embellished with lace and jewels,” says Sierra.
