The new, Portland-based, creative app “
Cornbread” is scheduled to launch on September 23rd.
Cornbread is the result of Neologic, a digital agency and innovation lab located in Portland.
Combining geo-targeting technology and social media, Cornbread will allow users to create messages, aka “crumbs,” in the app and drop these messages in specific locations for friends, fans, or clients.
According to the website, “The idea of creating and finding messages at specific locations sounds cool to us. There are so many ways this can be used. So help us learn what Cornbread can do.”
One of the many ways that you can use Cornbread is to leave a “love” note for friends or family who need a little help getting through their day.
Or, if you’re a musician, Cornbread is a great way to leave crumbs (new tracks) for fans in surprising locations.
If you’re using Cornbread for your business or to support your art, Cornbread allows any user of the app to discover crumbs that you leave. No “followers” are required.
Whether the message is a video, photo, or audio and text, the app will help you leave messages in a unique and creative way.
