Olympic Provisions celebrated its fifth anniversary in high style with a party that featured all of their products and an icy luge full of Fernet ('natch).

The industry party at their Southeast outpost came complete with (fake) snow and a (real) Fernet ice luge.

Oregon’s first USDA-approved salumeria has evolved into two successful Portland restaurants that feature Spanish-Mediterranean and French cooking.

Olympic Provisions has been featured in Oprah, Tasting Table, and Every Day with Rachael Ray and has been a recipient of Good Food Award for the Salami Cotto and is a 2015 Good Food Awards Finalist.
