BREAKING: Portland Woman’s Shooting Tied to Domestic Abuse

Police and medical personnel arrived and located the victim, a 22-year-old female, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. She has been transported to a Portland hospital for treatment to traumatic injuries.
Witnesses told police that they heard multiple gunshots and the sounds of a vehicle speeding out of the area.
Based on preliminary information, the Domestic Violence Reduction Unit (DVRU) is responding to assist with the investigation.
There does not appear to be any risk to the general public in this case.
