Driver Crashes into Domino’s Pizza—1 Injured

Police say that Salazar was driving southbound on Highway 99E when he lost control of his car and began to hydro-plane. He crashed into the pizza chain and stuck employee Diana Rubio, 18.
Rubio was transported by ambulance to Silverton Hospital for evaluation and treatment of injuries. She was later discharged.
Salazar was cited for careless driving and operating a vehicle without a license. The damage to Domino’s is estimated to be several thousand dollars.
