Bar Vivant Celebrates International Sherry Week
Monday, November 02, 2015
International Sherry Week kicks off today and runs until November 8. In order to join in the celebration, Portland’s Bar Vivant will be offering special wine tastings all week.
Bar Vivant will offer five unique and special flights for the week. Those new to Sherry wines can try an “Introduction to Sherry” featuring for styles of wine, ranging in flavor from dry to sweet.
Those who have a sweet tooth should try the Sherry For Dessert flight, which features four tastes of wine inside a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
If you have an experienced palette, try the antique series, a series of very hold sherries of limited production and exceptional quality. Or try the Palmas, Please!, an extremely limited collection of biologically agree sherries.
For more information on the International Sherry Week celebration, visit the Bar Vivant website or the International Sherry Week website.
