Portland Police Seize 2 Guns, Make 2 Arrests at Traffic Stop

Portland police arrested two men and seized two guns at a traffic stop in North Portland on Saturday, April 16 at 5:45 p.m. at North Interstate Avenue and Lombard Street. 

The Arrests 

Officers arrested Darryl Wilson Pendergraph, 24, on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a loaded firearm and possession of cocaine. 

They also arrested Tyrone Williamson, 20, on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a loaded firearm and carrying a concealed weapon. 

The Incident 

During the traffic stop, officers searched the vehicle for weapons and located two handguns in the glove box . 

Both handguns were seized as evidence. 

The Tactical Operations Division's Gang Enforcement Team and Gun Task Force are continuing to investigate multiple incidents of gun violence citywide.
