The Incident

Police responded to a call of an individual being disruptive on a bus. Officers arrived in the area of N.E. Sandy Blvd. and N.E. Fremont Street and contacted the subject.

Once the subject exited the bus, officers identified him as James Smith, 29, and learned he had warrants and attempted to arrest him. Smith resisted vigorously but officers eventually took custody of the subject.
