Portland Police arrested six men in an undercover sex trafficking mission that took place from October 24-28.

The following is a list of the men arrested, according to Portland Police:

  • 49-year-old Timothy Lyle Ringering of Camas, WA
  • 44-year-old Michael Musumeci of Portland, OR
  • 46-year-old Joshua Liber of Portland, OR
  • 34-year-old Kuldip Sandhu of Yuba City, CA
  • 22-year-old Antonio Fernandez-Cruz of Vancouver, WA
  • 50-year-old Kevin Michael Fode of Lake Oswego, OR

The Investigation

Investigators posted online ads on known sex trafficking websites. Six men contacted undercover police officers to arrange payment for sexual acts.

The six men who responded to the ad and came to the hotel were arrested with the misdemeanor crime of Commercial Sexual Solicitation.

For investigative reasons, the Sex Trafficking Unit does not sharing the specific website, application, or ad text publicly.

Investigators were assisted by a Portland hotel as part of the effort.
