Man Arrested for Burglary Following 9-1-1 Call From 16-Year-Old Girl

He is also being held on a parole violation.
The Incident
East Precinct officers responded to a report of a burglary int 7800 block of Southeast Franklin Street, called in by a 16-year-old girl. She reported that an unknown suspect was in her room.
Police arrived in the area and established a neighborhood perimeter after learning that the suspect left the residence before the police arrived. Officers, as well as a police canine unit, searched the neighborhood and located Kelley attempting leave the area.
The officers arrested Kelley and recovered the stolen items.
